CViSB Data Portal

The CViSB data portal for Lassa and Ebola research is where CViSB generated datasets can be explored, visualized and analyzed. This valuable resource is made possible by our long-term collaborators, the Kenema Government Hospital (KGH) and the Sierra Leone Ministry of Health.

Explore. Visualize. Analyze.

The CViSB data portal is a collaborative effort of the Center For Viral Systems Biology (CViSB) and its partners to compile Ebola and Lassa fever data in one easy-to-access site. Specifically, our collaboration with the Kenema Government Hospital (KGH) in Sierra Leone has been and continues to be, essential to this project. KGH’s Lassa Fever Ward, which was at the center of the 2014-2016 West African Ebola outbreak, is a major contributor of the data made available in the CViSB data portal. The portal also includes data from partners in Nigeria at the Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital and other curated datasets from Liberia, Guinea, and other countries.
